This service is great for agents who want to provide aerial photos for their listings. This service is also beneficial to obtain roof and aerial property views.

We provide this service as a way to inspect new builds prior to drywall being installed. This can provide the client with useful information in locating potential expensive repairs prior to purchasing.

The mold inspection includes up to (2) samples, One outside, (the  control), one inside. Each additional sample is $75

The irrigation inspection consists of a non-invasive visual inspection of the property's irrigation system & components as they are at the time of the inspection. The irrigation system & components include irrigation controller, back-flow prevention devices, supply pump (if applicable), zone valves, & sprinkler heads.  We  will  operate  the  irrigation  system with  normal  operating  controls,  check  for  proper  spray  of  sprinkler  head  and  determine  proper function.

The pool inspection consists of a non-invasive visual inspection of the pool components as they are at the time of the inspection. The inspection is designed to identify visual material defects. We will  operate  the  filtration  system  with  normal  operating  controls, evaluate  safety  concerns  and  evaluate  the  water  chemistry.

The hot tub inspection consists of a non-invasive visual inspection of the hot tub components as they are at the time of the inspection. The inspection is designed to identify visual material defects.  We will  operate  the  filtration  system  with  normal  operating  controls, evaluate  safety  concerns  and  evaluate  the  water  chemistry.
